PRE Las Vegas Portfolio

When approached by a multi-generational family trust, Eastern recognized the potential of this complex 400-acre Las Vegas real estate portfolio, which included retail, industrial, and underutilized land. In 2015, Eastern formed a partnership with the family trust create a master planning strategy which met the family’s capital requirements and unlocked the value of the portfolio.  

To date, Eastern’s efforts have yielded in excess of $150M from the sale of industrial and retail assets as well as multiple single-family residential development tracts. Eastern continues to work with the family trust and the local community to develop additional residential, retail, restaurant, and health care opportunities as well as more than 20 acres of designated open space and public athletic/recreational facilities.
