WeWork is coming to Portland. The six-year-old New York-based company, which runs co-working spaces in 13 other cities worldwide, is opening up shop in Portland’s Pearl District this September. The Oregonian notes that WeWork will move into the former U.S. Custom House at 220 NW Eighth Ave.
WeWork, a New York-based provider of coworking space, is jumping into the crowded Portland coworking market with a lease of the 78,838 square foot U.S. Custom House in the Pearl District.
After experiencing numerous delays, protracted negotiations with local and state officials, and a major downsizing and revival under a new team of owners, the long-awaited University Station development in Westwood is now officially back on track with the first major retail phase slated for an opening sometime in the spring of 2015.
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Nordstrom Rack is opening at the Palm Beach Outlets Wednesday, and WPTV got an early look at the store. Nordstrom Rack says the new location was a good fit with a nice mix of retailers.
Target has signed a deal to open a store next March in Westwood as part of the new University Station development.
