101 Station Drive

In 2013, Eastern and its partners – National Development and New England Development – acquired this 208,000 SF vacant office building from MetLife.  The team put together a thoughtful asset repositioning strategy and incorporated the building into the adjacent 2.1 million SF, University Station development.  Over the course of the next three years the building was redeveloped and ultimately reached 97% occupancy before being sold to an advised fund in 2016.
