Citizens Bank Regional Headquarters

Eastern, in partnership with National Development and New England Development, delivered a 100,000 SF build-to-suit office building for Citizens Bank, the 13th largest retail bank in the nation. This four-story office building will serve as a new regional headquarters for Citizens Bank, providing space for approximately 600 employees, as well as a mock branch, training facilities, and studio spaces. The building is located at University Station, a 2.1 million SF mixed-use project, anchored by Target and Wegmans. The project began construction in March 2019 and was completed in late 2020.
